Jamie’s Dream Team is committed to making dreams come true for those affected by serious illness or injury. The purpose of Jamie’s Dream Team is to provide assistance and/or make distributions to or on behalf of qualifying individuals who are handicapped, disabled, terminally ill, severely injured or suffering from a serious medical condition, disease, or trauma.
As a private 501 (c) 3, we are dependent upon the community-at-large to help make dreams come true for people who so deserve something special in their lives. Only with your help can Jamie’s Dream Team make a positive change in the world.
